Ivian - just his name is enough to instill fear in most people. He is known as one of the best assassins in Arez. Ruthless, cold and fueled only by revenge against the society that looked down upon him, he was the perfect apprentice. Taught that retreat is worse than death, that cowardice is a dangerous weakness and that betrayal is an unforgivable crime a coldhearted murderer was formed.

His allegiance remains unrevealed but it is known that he does not work for treasures or rewards but rather for an ideology. Judging by his previous targets he works for an underground criminal organisation whose sole purpose seems to be to bring chaos and destruction to the civilised world.

Ivian has a unique fighting style that looks more like an art than a combat technique. He has both his arms bandaged with thick long dark ribbons. When entering combat he summons two sickle like blades at the edge of each ribbon and releases the ribbons to a desired length. The technique itself appears as a dance as he twirls the ribbons around him in defence or thrusts the blades in the desired direction in offence. Seeing as both his blades are summoned he appears unarmed portraying him neither as hostile nor as dangerous which allows him to get close to his targets with ease.

Ivian is usually silent, and would rarely enter conversation, he finds talking a waste of precious time. Despite that, he has a sharp wit and fast thinking, and an overall blunt nature. His words will sting as bad as his weapons do when he decides to speak.
